Souther Seminary released a statement yesterday (click here for it) announcing that Dr. Mohler will undergoe surgery and therefore will not accept the nomination of President of the Southern Baptist Convention this year. Let us hold Dr. Mohler and his family up in our prayers as they go through this time.
